On Friday 20th June, 2025, Specsavers at Whitchurch, Shropshire are celebrating their 3rd Birthday!
This year they are doing something a little different and will be teaming up with us! Thank you to Kristine from SpecSavers who contacted us saying they wanted a small local charity too support by raising awareness and raise a few pounds to help with funds.
Kristine said “Safe Places Shropshire do amazing work in the community across Shropshire, supporting vulnerable people. Please do pop into store on Friday or Saturday and SPIN THE WHEEL to win some amazing prizes and raise some vital money for this local charity. Our team looks forward to seeing you!”
Ruby, Chairperson said “It was a pleasant surprise to receive a telephone call from Kristine at Specsavers saying they were looking for a small charity too support, found our name so took a look at our website and felt Safe Places Shropshire was what they were looking for. This is great news for our charity as raising awareness of our community initiative is so important”
