Donations

At any given time, Safe Places Shropshire will be fundraising to enable the scheme to operate. All money we raise comes from donations and events and we thank everybody who has given to our cause in the past.

Your help really does make a difference in the lives of those who may feel vulnerable so need to use a “Safe Place” when out and about in the community so we are truly grateful to all who donate to us.

If you would like to donate, there are a number of ways you can do so:

Donations of Items/Vinted online Shop:

We can turn your unwanted items into cash! If you have things in good condition to donate to us, we will be pleased to hear from you.  We accept collectors’ items, paperback books, CD’s and bric-a-brac. We have our own on-line Vinted Charity Shop.

Donations by Cash or Cheque:

You can donate at any events we are at or of if you would like to make a cheque donation please contact us for details of where to send the cheque made payable to Safe Places Shropshire.

Donations using Debit/Credit Cards and Gift Aid:

Safe Places Shropshire, is now recognised by HMRC as a charitable Company so if you are a tax payer, we can claim Gift Aid on donations made to us. Your £1 donation is worth £1.25 so it helps us at no extra cost to you.

We have a Sum Up Machine so donations can be made at any of our events using credit and debit cards.
