This is a popular Café as it is known for friendliness and a warm welcome. The building is disabled friendly. It has disabled toilets and a lift to the upper floor. It is a community building (part of Central Baptist Church, Shrewsbury) They hire rooms out to groups. Various activities and events take place at Palmer's.
Upstairs there is a very large hall and there are smaller meeting rooms too.
